China has over population issues and the population is very dense in the east China with respect to west China plus west China is less developed. China is planning to make a balance and utilize it’s less densely populated lands in west China and will industrialize it so it maybe handy for them to produce their exports in west China and take to the world in further less time and cost with the help of this new route.
